Souleymane Bachir Diagne is Professor of French and Philosophy at Columbia University. Nora Philippe curates an annual original film series for La maison française at Columbia University and she teaches filmmaking at the École des arts décoratifs de Paris. Nora Philippe is a French filmmaker, curator, and writer. Before defending a doctoral thesis in French and Francophone literature on the representations of the dictator in Black Africa, she had acted in several feature films.
